Coronavirus (COVID-19) information

Crash Courses Driving School are keeping up to date with all the latest developments surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, including taking any advice from the government with regards to self-isolation and social distancing. Crash Courses Driving School take the health, wellbeing and safety of all our driving instructors and customers very seriously. Here, we will answer some of the questions you may have regarding the potential impact on your driving course and tests.

On 20th March 2020, the DVSA announced that all practical driving tests would be postponed for up to 3 months. All theory tests are currently cancelled up to 8th May 2020.  Please follow this link for further information: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-driving-tests-and-theory-tests. Emergency theory and practical tests can be arranged for 'critical workers'.

Customers with ongoing and future courses:

If you are a 'critical worker', your course may still be able to go ahead. Please contact us for further information and assistance. We will keep updated with all the latest government advice which might impact any courses due to start in the future. If we are unable to start your course on the arranged start date, we will postpone your course to a later date. There will be no fees or administration charges for any changes to future start dates. We remain completely flexible to the ever changing environment.

If you are already part way through a course, your driving test will be arranged as soon as we are able to. No deposits or test fees will be lost. Courses can be rescheduled for a later date without any penalty.

New customers:

Crash Courses Driving School is continuing to take bookings as normal for starting when the current restrictions have been lifted.  If you wish to book a course, please either book online or contact us on 0333 355 0344 and one of our team will be happy to help. Please note that start dates cannot be guaranteed until further information is received from the government - however we anticipate late May/early June is a realistic timescale based on the information we currently have.

For any queries, please contact Crash Courses Driving School and we'll do our best to help.
